After 25 years in the catering industry, I returned to University to study nutrition. I graduated from Bath Spa University in 2010 and am now a Registered Nutritionist (R.Nutr). After graduating I completed a post-graduate certificate in Sports Nutrition with the International Olympic Committee (IOC) and graduated from the I.O.C. headquarters in Lausanne in 2013. I consider myself to be a ‘food first’ nutritionist in that I believe most people can achieve the nutrition they need from food without the need for supplements.

· Deliver accredited training (RSPH) courses on Nutrition, Sports Nutrition and Food Safety

I will also be delivering  a RSPH accredited qualification, L4 Certificate in Nutrition for Physical Activity and Sport.
